Owner of Koda Blinds, John Duncan, has over 35 years’ experience in the window furnishing industry. John started working in his father’s window furnishing businesses in Sydney, progressing through from manufacturing all ranges of window furnishings, to installation and sales. John uses his experience in the industry to provide his customers with a quality blind that their clients will also be happy with. Koda Blinds have been manufacturing Veri Shades® for 2 years now, so have the experience to supply a quality product.

John is hands-on in the manufacturing process of the Veri Shades®. He works alongside his two daughters in their factory and all three strive to provide quality Veri Shades®.

Veri Shades® are available in a range of different track options, wand control, crank operation or motorised. Veri Shades® tracks require the spacing to be of a specific width and consistency to provide an even curve in the fabric when hanging. Due to this design there is often excess sideways movement in the last carriers. To eliminate as much of this excess movement as possible, Koda Blinds uses 3 different length spaces to minimise excess movement. It’s the small things that matter.
